'Best curry goat in Oxford! I have been a customer here for many years. The curry goat with rice and peas is just amazing; the best I have had since coming to the UK 18 years ago. I am from Guyana and I know this is authentic Caribbean food and absolutely worth every penny. Totally recommend Jamaican Spice!' - Mark (2020)

'The Best Food In Oxfordshire Taste Of Jamaican Spice' - Samuel (2017)
'If you blink you will miss this tiny place, a shame because it serves some of the best food around. £8 gets you a huge portion of meat and rice and peas, enough for a meal and some left over for lunch. There is jerk or fried chicken and fried fish every day and then different choices on every day except Monday. The flavour of the chicken or goat curry is unlike anything else. If you don't like bones, then roast pork or steak on Thursdays or beef stew on Friday is the business. In the summer the jerk pork and chicken is cooked outside so you can smell it coming up the road. If I lived closer to Cowley, I would weigh 20 stone.' - Simon (2016)
'Best Jamaican food in Oxford hands down. Amazing chef, curry goat best I've had and dumplings are must haves. Portions incredible for the price. I'm living in oz now and missing the quality Jamaican that Holloway Road offers. Get the Jerk, the saltfish and the curry goat' - Matt (2016)
'A solid Jamaican takeaway with good jerk chicken and awesome rice and beans. A bell dings when you walk in, and a Jamaican dude who was chilling outside saunters in, takes your order and then walks straight back into the kitchen to make it. All orders are £7.50, and unless you're Herculean in size a single order will easily feed two people. Drinks are the usual range, although there's a couple island goodies in there if you look closely. Orders are wrapped in two metric tons of plastic wrap, and the menu varies based on the day of the week. It's simple. Best West Indian food in Oxford. Great taste, Huge portions.' - Nick (2016)
